Cottage 7: 3 Bedroom House

Single level large ranch style home. One king size bedroom with private bath, 2 twin bedded rooms share bath with tub and shower, living room, kitchen, dining room, family room with sliders to deck overlooking White Pond and private beach. Laundry room, dishwasher, microwave, TV. Combination of hardwood floors and carpet throughout. Outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Pine Shore Cottages has its own private beach on White Pond, a 40 acre fresh water lake.

Available May 9 - October 10

In Season (June 13 - Sept. 5):  $4300 per week (single family up to 6)
Off Season (May 9 -June 13 & Sept. 5 - October 10):  $2750 per week (family of 6)

Cottage 3: 3 Bedroom Ranch Style House

One king-size, 2 twin bedded rooms, bath with tub and shower, full kitchen, microwave, dining and living room combination, sliders to deck, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, TV, heated, carpet, washer/dryer. Pine Shore Cottages has its own private beach on White Pond, a 40 acre fresh water lake. Capacity 5

Cottage 4: 3 Bedroom House

One king-size bed, one double bed, loft with 3 twin beds, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, living room with dining area overlooking White Pond. Deck. Other amenities same as above.

Cottages 1 and 2

2 bedrooms - one with king bed, one with twin beds, bath with stall shower, kitchen, living room with fireplace, screen porch. (Capacity 4 persons)

Cottage 8

4 bedrooms - one with king, one double, two with two twin beds. Downstairs bath with stall shower, washer/dryer. Upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Front and back enclosed porches and deck overlooking white pond. Full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. (capacity 6 persons)

Available May 9- October 10

In Season (June 13 - Sept. 5):  $3600.00 per week (family of 6)
Off Season (May 9 - June 13 & Sept. 5 - October 10):  $2750.00 per week (family of 6)

Rental Policies

  1. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-out time 10 A.M. Check-in 3 P.M.
  2. Sheets and towels are not provided.
  3. Only the number of people as quoted above are allowed to use cottage at the price given. A child or infant counts as one person.
  4. Notification of additional people MUST be made before your arrival. Additional people exceeding the cottage capacity CANNOT be accommodated. Additional person $25. Per night.
  5. Sorry NO pets.
  6. Deposit $600. per cottage per week due when reserving cottage. Balance due upon arrival.
  7. All deposits considered final April 15th .
  8. Only registered guests may use the Pine Shore facilities.
  9. Off Season weekly rates quoted for cottage capacity
